e-Delivery Overview

With "e-Statement" you receive an electronic version of your paper bank statement. e-Statement gives you safe , secure access to all the information you receive with your paper statements - but in a safer, more convenient form. Now you won't have to wait for your statement to arrive by mail.

• Immediate Access:

  Review your statements online as soon as they are ready. No more waiting for the mail to be delivered.

• Print, reconcile and save statements:

  Statements may be reconciled and printed as needed and they are available for 90 days.

• Secure:

  Reduce the risk of identity theft by no longer receiving statements in the mail. Access them securely online.

• Email Notification:

  you'll receive an email telling you your statement is available for viewing online.

Getting Started:

If you are already an Online Banking Customer:

• Sign on to Online Banking.
• Select the "e-Statement" Tab
• Click on "Sign up for "e-Statement"

If you are new to Online Banking:

• Call us at 315-336-7300 and ask for a Customer Service Rep for your log in information.
• With this information Sign on to Online Banking
• Select the "e-Statement" Tab
• Click on "Sign up for e-Statement"

When you enroll in Online Statements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail.
